If you are wanting to do your HRB i would not recommend doing it here, there are other places who use much easier trucks than this place. Also if you fail you may have to wait 2 weeks to get another test, this place doesn't care. Go to a company that wants you to pass and can get you into resiting your test faster if you fail the first one.

With a view to a complete career change, earlier this year I commenced training with RMS Training & Recruitment for a few certifications. Having very little knowledge of the industry I was seeking to enter, I was understandably quite apprehensive. I needn't have been. What a wonderful experience it has been to date! Dealing with a professional organisation that is exceptional at what it does and takes the time to understand the needs of it's students is very rare in the modern day. ☺️I have had the pleasure of training with Bob, John, Mark, Clint & Benson. While they are each unique in their teaching style, some common admirable traits shine through:- highly skilled with years of high level relevant industry experience;- genuine curiosity, care and support for what the student is hoping to achieve; and- the ability to instill confidence in people who are in the process of building it.Observing their interactions with experienced industry personnel who are seeking to renew, upgrade or acquire new certifications and their handling of the machinery confirmed that they certainly knew their subject material and had substantial practical experience to back that up. The fabulous administrative team that underpins the fantastic training crew is equally a delight to interact with. ☺️Facilities and equipment for the training are industry relevant, modern and in pristine condition. Presenters and training materials are engaging and entertaining.If you are driven by the cheapest price, I'd like to think they are competitive. However, if you are looking for exceptional value, I'd highly recommend you give them serious consideration!

I did my rigid dump truck training with Benson today. The day was awesome! Benson harbours a wealth of knowledge and is an amazing hands-on trainer, too. The classroom stuff was detailed and covered everything we needed to know. The practical was great! Benson was very patient and calm during the whole process, which made me feel calm as I went into it slightly nervous. He talked us through all the manoeuvres and processes in detail, making sure we knew how it all worked and why we did each part. Very happy with my experience with RMS and would recommend them to anyone wanting to get trained properly. I will be back to do more tickets with them.Keep up the great work guys! ✌️

I was recommended by my friend to learn HR. I did few times extra lessons, but every time restarted the lesson Nigel will follow up on what should I need to notice and fix. The trainer was professional and careful. Really thanks to Nigel and Bob. Finally, I got my HR licence. Many appreciated!

I was very impressed with my experience @ RMS. The trainer was very detailed in his training, the assessor went over and above and spent the time to show me tips after I passed the test. Both ladies at the front desk were very very nice and efficient. The trucks and workplace is so very well maintained, the shine on those hubcaps was second to none. It was great to see and experience.When I went to the license centre I only paid $38 to renew my card for my HR which the lady said was optional. How good. ✅✅✅Thankyou

Great day with RMS! Trainer was professional & had more job specific info to help you for after you get your ticket! Highly rate RMS! Little bit more $$ than others however, you get what you pay for here!

I had Bob Hill as a trainer today for my Dump Truck Ticket. A very nice genuine person who made all of the training enjoyable, as well as providing great knowledge and was able to answer any questions accurately and in a detailed way. Overall, very impressed with Bob and RMS.

Completed the 4 day HR unrestricted course package. I had no prior experience so day one was certainly an eye opener. Bob took his time and explained everything in detail. He was patient, thorough and nutted out my bad habits early. Mark took me for the test, he was professional and fair. Highly recommend, passed first attempt and had a great experience.

I was very impressed with my experience @ RMS. The office is easy to locate and there was plenty of parking. The waiting area infront of reception is nicely decorated and the receptionist was very friendly. I was then passed onto one of their consultants that I found to be very professional. I was handled in a manner that left me feeling stress free and looked after!
